Website & digital service pricing
Clear starting prices. A scope that fits your business.
Know the investment before you start the conversation. Compare website projects, e-commerce and ongoing services, then tell Brian what you need the work to accomplish.
Find the service you need.
Starting prices describe the entry point for a service. Page count, content, migration, integrations and ongoing responsibilities determine the final scope. A project price and a monthly service price cover different kinds of work.

Explore automation servicesA website scope in practice
What a professional website starting at $5,000 can cover.
A service business may need a homepage, core service pages, an About page and a clear contact path. This is an illustration to discuss with Brian; page count, content and functionality are confirmed in the project scope.
The website foundation
Responsive WordPress design, editable pages, SEO-minded titles and URLs, contact forms and agreed analytics setup.
What you bring
Your business goals, service details, useful existing content, brand assets and photography. Arrange access to the website and relevant accounts, and identify who will review the content and design.
Prepare for launch
Agree on launch tasks, any redirects or migration, form delivery checks and performance review. Decide who handles ongoing content, hosting and support.
Content development, larger migrations, integrations and custom features can increase the investment. Ongoing SEO and managed hosting are separate services.
Make the investment useful
Three questions shape the right scope.
What should the work change?
More relevant inquiries, easier product selection, better local discovery and less manual work require different approaches. Identify the priority before choosing features.
What can we build on?
Your existing content, photography, product data, website and account access affect the work. Share what is useful and where the current setup is holding you back.
What happens after launch?
Decide who will handle content, updates, hosting, search and support. Ongoing services should fit the operation and remain visible in the budget.
Questions about pricing
What is included in a starting website price?
A professional WordPress website starts at $5,000. The page structure, content responsibilities, design, functionality and launch work are defined around the project. Review website design and development for the foundation and the factors that change the investment.
Does a website project include ongoing SEO and hosting?
Ongoing SEO, content marketing and managed hosting are separate services. A website can be planned with a search-minded structure, while continuing content, visibility and technical care are scoped according to the support you need.
How is e-commerce different from a standard website?
Products, checkout, payments, shipping, account rules and integrations add requirements. E-commerce starts at $10,000; enterprise e-commerce starts at $25,000. A dealer portal or complex catalog needs a scope built around the actual ordering process.
Is Google advertising spend included in management?
No. Google Ads management is a flat $1,000/month. Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Google. Campaign setup and landing pages have their own published starting prices.
Can we begin with a smaller improvement?
Share the existing site and the most important problem. A focused improvement, setup task or ongoing service may be a useful starting point. It needs its own scope; the starting price for a new website still applies to a new website build.
What if I need help deciding on a budget?
Choose the help-scoping option on the inquiry form. Explain your priorities, current setup and constraints so Brian can assess a useful next step.
Make an informed inquiry
Bring the goal. We can work through the scope.
If these starting prices fit your plans, share the service, investment range and result you have in mind. You do not need a finished technical specification.
