Business need
A specialty product has to earn understanding before it earns a sale. DryAway needed to show how its laundry drying system works, explain installation considerations, and help shoppers compare configurations without losing their place in the buying process.

The website had to connect product education with a usable catalog. A visitor discovering DryAway for the first time needs different information from someone who already knows the product and is ready to compare options and pricing.
Work delivered
DOYJO built and refined a WordPress e-commerce experience around those decisions, bringing product presentation, shopping structure, and ongoing support together.
- Product-focused pages that combine explanatory copy, photography, and video.
- Catalog categories and product cards that organize the available configurations.
- Product options and pricing presented alongside the information shoppers need to evaluate them.
- Search-oriented page and content structure that supports product discovery.
- Managed hosting, backups, security, and continuing website support.
Current website view
The current homepage leads with the drying system in use, a direct shopping path and product education. This October 16 view shows the retail presentation that connects the product story with the catalog and custom selection work described below.
Loading repairs — October 16, 2026
We reduced the mobile hero photograph from about 320 KB to an existing 81 KB version of the same image, added device-specific image preloading and improved the delivery of homepage styles and scripts. The desktop photograph and product presentation remain intact.
Doyjo Request Guard remains disabled. These updates were checked against the public page, with recoverable copies of the changed files and content preserved.
A clearer, faster shopping journey
We corrected image proportions, improved readable headings and contrast, made navigation targets easier to use, and removed a duplicate analytics download. The same full-size opening photograph now transfers about 48% fewer bytes in WebP format. Product selection and conversion tracking remain available.
Design and functionality review — October 17, 2026
We restored the original compact navigation spacing while retaining accessible submenu controls. The original product photographs remain, and the product selector was checked through its frame-selection step.
The current phone experience
On a phone, the main navigation becomes a compact menu while the product photograph and shopping call to action carry the introduction. Seeing the system in a real laundry setting helps explain the product before a visitor compares its configurations.
DOYJO’s work extends beyond the homepage: product selection, variations, availability messages and the purchase path support a customer who needs to understand fit and options. The retained feature evidence below documents that custom development separately from this current homepage view.
This capture records the public retail experience without signing in or placing an order. It is visual evidence of the current presentation; checkout and payment processing are separate workflows.
A lighter mobile introduction, with video when it is needed
The product video now initializes when its section enters view. Browser verification confirmed that the player appears when a visitor reaches it, while the initial mobile page avoids loading the player early. That earlier repair raised mobile performance from 59 to 73. The latest recorded results after the preservation review are shown below. Both current audits completed without an incomplete-loading warning.

Custom plugins for product selection and availability
The custom product finder guides shoppers through frames, depth, height, material and color to identify an appropriate DryAway system. Related selection logic is also used on the dealer site, connecting retail product education with wholesale ordering.
A custom backorder plugin provides product and variation settings, bulk editing, dates and availability messages. Other extensions add checkout details, Gutenberg taxonomy grids and earlier behavior-based request controls. Doyjo Request Guard is currently disabled pending correction and retesting. Custom GA4 and Pinterest shopping-event integrations work alongside the existing tracking setup.
This work connects custom WooCommerce development, product selection, inventory and backorder controls and conversion tracking within one store.

What the system supports
Shoppers can move from seeing the product in use to reviewing configurations and following the appropriate purchase path. Product education and the catalog form a connected experience, so the business can explain the value of a less familiar product while still making ordering accessible.
For DryAway, the same foundation supports product updates and continued e-commerce development. This project shows how website structure can address a specific sales challenge: helping buyers understand what they are choosing before asking them to purchase.

Room for a growing product catalog
This retained long-format listing shows how multiple product configurations can be presented within the broader DryAway shopping structure. Consistent product cards let a customer compare available choices while remaining in the catalog.
The catalog view complements the guided product-selection work: one supports browsing across the range, while the other helps narrow the choices by configuration. Together they illustrate the connection between product education and ordering described in this project.

Long-term SEO campaign · Verified October 17, 2026
30.4% more organic search sessions
Across matching January–September periods, organic search sessions grew from 46,278 in 2024 to 60,342 in 2026.
This comparison uses the first complete calendar year available in this GA4 property as the baseline. It shows the accumulated value of an ongoing search program over 2 years of comparable reporting.
DOYJO uses each review to improve useful content, search discovery and the path from a visitor’s question to a practical next step. The campaign is measured over time, with monthly checks guiding the next improvement.
GA4 sessions measure visits; they are distinct from Google Search clicks. The comparison documents observed results across the campaign, without assigning all growth to an individual change.

Google Search achievement history
Successive milestones, documented by Google
Google’s saved achievement history documents progression from the 2.5K-click milestone on Jan 23, 2022 to the 6K-click milestone on Mar 23, 2024.
| Google milestone | Achieved |
|---|---|
| 2.5K clicks in 28 days | Jan 23, 2022 |
| 4K clicks in 28 days | Mar 15, 2024 |
| 4.5K clicks in 28 days | Mar 16, 2024 |
| 5K clicks in 28 days | Mar 17, 2024 |
| 6K clicks in 28 days | Mar 23, 2024 |
These dated achievements make the campaign’s progress visible beyond a single month’s comparison. We preserve the proof and continue using current search data to choose the next practical improvement.
Each badge represents a historical 28-day milestone. The milestones are not added together or presented as current monthly traffic, and the earliest saved badge is not assumed to be the campaign start.

45.2% more requests for directions
September 1–30, 2026 compared with September 1–30, 2025. Verified October 17, 2026.
DryAway’s Google Business Profile recorded 45 direction requests, up from 31 a year earlier.
This is a measurable increase in people taking an action from the local listing. We track these actions alongside the shopping experience so ongoing care can focus on both discovery and useful next steps.
A direction request is an interaction with the listing, not a confirmed store visit or purchase.
