Privacy policy
How DOYJO handles website inquiries and site data.
This policy describes the information collected through the DOYJO website, why it is used, and how to contact DOYJO with questions.
Information you choose to provide
The project inquiry form requires your name, email address, primary service, investment range and a description of what you want to improve. You may also provide a phone number, company, website, additional service interests and timeline. DOYJO uses this information to respond to your request and discuss the relevant work. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive account information through this form.
Inquiry records and campaign information
Submitted inquiries are stored as private records in WordPress and sent to DOYJO by email. Campaign identifiers from a landing-page URL, such as UTM parameters and Google or Microsoft click identifiers, may be kept in tab-specific session storage for up to 30 minutes and included with the request to help identify where the inquiry came from. Contact details and project messages are not saved in that browser storage.
If a submission encounters an error, the site may temporarily retain your entered answers on the server for up to 30 minutes so you can correct and resend the form. A short-lived cookie connects your browser to those answers; the answers are not placed in page URLs or shared cached pages.
Website analytics and session insights
DOYJO uses Google Analytics to understand website visits and activity, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages through heatmaps and session replays. These services can process page activity, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and cookie or similar identifiers. DOYJO uses these insights to improve the website. Learn more about Google’s use of data from partner websites and Microsoft’s privacy practices.
Reviews and external services
Some pages display Google reviews through Trustindex. Loading that embedded content connects your browser to the provider, which receives technical information needed to deliver it, such as your IP address and browser information. Links to Google, client websites and other external services take you to sites governed by their own privacy practices.
Hosting, security and cookies
Hosting and security services may process technical request information to operate the site, investigate errors and protect against abuse. WordPress uses cookies for administrative sign-in. External embedded services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Your browser provides controls for cookies and site data.
