Zalutsky & Pinski is Chicago's oldest consumer bankruptcy firm with over 50 years of experience. We were charged with rebranding the firm and giving them a fresh, contemporary look and position bankruptcy as a viable solution to debt. We introduced ZAP. ZAP is where you can get a fresh start and rebuild your life and begin anew. To accomplish this we needed to design a brand identity that is multi-channel in nature and will work online and traditionally.
Zalutsky and Pinski competes in the third largest city in the United States and it brings unique challenges and media opportunities. ZAP competes in print like newspapers, does direct marketing, Broadcast TV and Cable TV and even local radio. All this is in addition to their online presence. Online we have a robust website that is constantly being updated with new content to keep visitors engaged and informed. We also have developed an effective SEO and PPC program to keep new customers coming to ZAP for debt relief.
Managing this requires experience and know-how because all of these initiatives are trackable and require analysis of data, testing of initiatives, revisions and more testing.
